EFFECTIVE BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT WITH TEENS

One of the most common anxieties staff and volunteers have when working with teens is how to deal with teenager behaviour, or more importantly mis-behaviour. This practical presentation provides particpants with guidance on how and why teenagers behave the way they do, and strategies to promote co-operative behaviour and reduce poor behaviour. Participants will learn:
